Thanks to volunteers from LRBC & Churches Together in Leigh, over 450 children and their families took part in an Easter Story Egg Hunt in Leigh Library Gardens on Saturday 7 April.
Crowds of people braved the chilly weather and were able to discover and answer questions about what happened during Holy Week 2000 years ago.
They were also gently challenged regarding what the Easter message could mean to them today.
The eggs were provided courtesy of Waitrose. A BIG thank you to all those who gave up their time and prayed for the event. Without you this could not happen.
