Looking after children can be a lonely experience but there are many men that fulfil the role of carer during the daytime, if you would like to meet with others like you then 'Dads' is for you (but you don't have to be a Dad, just a carer).

Energize
Taking place every Thursday night in term time only.
Where: The Stables, Chalkwell Park Drive, Leigh-on-Sea.
Cost: 50p per session.
For school years 1-2: 6.30-7.30pm and 3-11: 6.30-7.45pm.
Around 100 young people get together for basketball, table tennis, pool, 5-a-side football, games, craft, bible exploration, music, drama, talks, holidays and more! Energize is a real adventure, why not give it a try?

Pre-school
Our curriculum reflects the Early Learning Goals as set out for pre-school children by the QCA. Pre-School provides a happy, safe environment where children can learn.

Crèche
Crèche is for babies aged 0-3, to give parents an opportunity to listen and worship during the church service on Sunday morning knowing that their child is in safe hands.
Your children can be brought to the crèche in the church parlour anytime after 10am on Sunday Mornings and throughout the morning service. We have 5 ladies on rota system supervising the crèche.

Smilers
Is for children aged 3-5 years, while thier parents attend the Sunday morning service.
It starts 10.10 am in the Venue (a room within the main LRBC building. Supervision is on a rota system each week of 2 adults and one student.
However the best bit is that we get to: play; read true bible stories; make craft; play music and sing and play lots of movement games; and sometimes we even get to join in the fun at the beginning of the morning service.

Chattabox
Chattabox is for our 5-7 year olds.
We meet at the church on Sundays, during the morning service from approximately 11.00 - 11.45 (except during the Family Service which takes place once a month - where we join the service).
We meet together to learn about Jesus through songs, reading stories, craft activities and games. We have two teams of teachers who work alternate Sundays, which helps give continuity to the children.

JTeam
Jteam takes place every Sunday between 10.45 – 11.45am during the main morning service
We cater for 7 to 11 year olds (junior school age).
Each weekly session is led by a different member of the J Team on a monthly rota. This ensures a variety of teaching styles.
Every week we aim to explore a major biblical theme in a 'fun' way.
