Youth Group at Leigh Road Baptist Church is a relaxed space for young people aged 11–17 to come along, have fun and be themselves.
We meet every Thursday evening from 6:30–8:00pm in The Stables Loft at Chalkwell Park Drive, Leigh-on-Sea.
There’s no pressure and no need to know anyone before you come. Whether you’ve been part of church for years, you’re just curious about faith, or you’ve never been to a church youth group before, you’re very welcome to give it a try.
What happens?
It’s a chance to switch off from the week, spend time with friends and meet some new ones.
Expect plenty of games and things to do, including:
- Pool
- Foosball (table football)
- Games and challenges
- A comfy corner for chatting and hanging out
- Plenty of time to catch up and get to know each other
Most importantly, it’s a space where you can come as you are, have fun and feel at home.
Come and give it a go!
You don’t have to commit to coming every week — just come along and see what you think.
When: Thursdays · 6:30–8:00pm (in school term time)
Age: 11–17 (senior schopl age)
Where: The Stables Loft, Chalkwell Park Drive, Leigh-on-Sea, SS9 1LX (Leigh Road end, behind Danceland at Dalbys, 195 Leigh Road)
A quick note for parents and guardians
Before a young person can take part, a parent or guardian will need to complete a consent form on their first visit. We’ll make sure this is straightforward when they arrive.
