The building has been designed to mobility standards throughout, having a ramped main entrance with a flat threshold.
There is a designated chair lift for users with mobility problems.
Toilets for people with disabilities are found on both floors.
A limited number of car parking spaces are available in front of the Stables.
The Stables are located on Chalkwell Park Drive behind Leigh Road Baptist Church. There are parking spaces in front of the Stables.
