In the provision of services and support to the Community, the Church collects and processes a substantial amount of personal data on you. The security of these data is important to us and also your confidence in us in the ways we process these data. Part of our compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 is our "Notification" with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). This registration details the purposes for which we collect data and is available online on the Public Register of Data Controllers at www.ico.gov.uk
Particularly when organising church events, we may share data with third parties. This may also be the case if we are required to share data by law. We cannot accept liability for any processing by third parties outside our "remit".
None of the above affects your rights of access to personal data we may hold on you. All requests must be made in writing - email is acceptable - to the company. Please note that we may charge a £10 administrative fee for such a request - this fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable.
