All rentals are a minimum of 2 hours, and 3 hours for parties

Hiring The Sanctuary/Auditorium
Rates for the standard chair layout will be charged on half day (4 hours), day rate (8 hours) and evening rates (after 5pm, 4 hours). Suggested rates are £130 half day (£32.50 ph), £220 full day (£27.50 ph), and £140 evening (£35.00 ph).
The charges will include mobile PA system, use of data projector and standard light setting.
Extras
- Operator for PA, projection, livestreaming and performance lighting, £25 per hour (to include setup), open to discussion based on requirement and availability of operators.
- Variation of chair layout will be charged at a flat rate of £35
Friday/Saturday Evenings
Bookings after 7pm on a Friday/Saturday evening will be charged an extra flat fee of £34.00.
Services that can be provided at a charge:
- Free Wi-Fi is available across the site, please ask for code (when availilable).
- Portable PA/Music Bluetooth system £25.00 (no fee if hiring The Sanctuary)
- Projector/TV/DVD player use £25.00
- From £40.00 Jabra Panacast 180° webcam use for video conferencing in The Stables Lounge
